We are a private event venue that is a great experience for weddings, corporate events and community events. The character of our facility will bring you a unique and memorable event.

We are one of the oldest buildings in Sioux Falls, as it was originally the Consolidated Tank Line Company built in 1887. We are proud to be registered as South Dakota’s first LEED platinum certified green building.

Monday through Wednesday we do not schedule private events, but provide low cost art classes in our classroom off the main hall. We offer classes to homeschool students, preschool children, field trips, day service adults and more! We also offer Curbside Crafts for small groups and anyone who cannot make class times or looking to craft at home.

Curbside Crafts must be ordered online and classes require registration online.
