The Winter Reading Program is a great way to stay motivated to read by completing BINGO squares and winning prizes during the cold winter months. Here are five things you can do with the Winter Reading Program this year:  

2. Try new genres. The Winter Reading Program is a great opportunity to try new genres of books. If you're usually a mystery reader, try reading a science fiction book. Or, if you're usually a romance reader, try reading a historical fiction book. You might be surprised at how much you enjoy reading something different!

3. Read with friends and family. The Winter Reading Program is more fun when you do it with others. There’s BINGO cards for each age group so everyone can read and win prizes.

4. Attend Programs. All Siouxland Libraries branch locations offer special programs during the Winter Reading Program. These events include storytimes, book clubs, and author talks. 5. Win prizes! Complete BINGO squares to earn prizes and be entered into a grand prize drawing. All prizes are to be picked up in person at any Siouxland Libraries location. Prizes include aluminum water bottles, book lights, books, and other fun items. Grab your favorite blanket, get comfortable, and lose yourself in a good book for a chance to win a prize!
