While you can find baby spas throughout Canada, Australia, and Europe, the concept is still quite new in the United States. In fact, there are currently only four in the nation, and one of them is right here in Sioux Falls!
Baby spas provide tools to help you navigate the first year and a half of your baby’s life. Services include infant massage classes, water movement, and other important parent and caregiver education. These tools are known to help with common issues such as gas, colic, and constipation. They are also great ways to help with bonding between the baby and parent, baby’s sleep and appetite, and simply help your baby to relax.
