There’s no way to really sugarcoat this past year- it’s been a lot. We’ve learned to live in a “new normal” following the global pandemic, but still discovering what that “normal” is. With rising interest rates across our nation, the present shortage of new homes, and continued inflation it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and become a scrooge this holiday. However, Thanksgiving gives us a chance to choose a different mindset- to choose gratitude.

The Dawn Van Nieuwenhuyzen team operates out of a mindset to love and value all individuals seeking homeownership and to create a customized experience that helps them meet their financial goals. This idea guides us every day as we work to create opportunities for homebuyers. And while we, like you, are thankful for our families, health, and safety, we also want to take a moment to mention why we’re grateful for the opportunity to help people on their journey to homeownership
