Join The 'hood Magazine Birthday Club! 

The club will be launching in 2023, so join the list today so we can help celebrate your child’s birthday next year!


How it works:

  • On their birthday, members of the Birthday Club will receive special offers from our partners/vendors and also receive an e-mail 45 days prior to their birthday to help with planning the celebration.
  • Open to children turning 16 or younger.
  • Birthday Club is totally free for families.
  • Parents or legal guardians may sign up to three children per email address. If you have more than three children, you will need to fill out another form using a different email address.
  • Offers will start on January 1, 2023.

Special offers and discounts will be sent to your email two months prior to your child’s birthday to help plan their celebration. On the date of their birthday, coupons and/or offers from our sponsors will be emailed to you, redeemable for the specified time on each offer. Your free membership will automatically renew on an annual basis. Should you wish to cancel, email your request to [insertemailaddress]. All offers and conditions are subject to change.

Hood Magazine intends to send regular email updates and occasional promotional offers that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of these mailings at any time upon receipt.
