This Earth Day, celebrate with a treat, and these easy Earth cookies are perfect! 

If you have a favorite sugar cookie recipe, by all means use it! But we took a short cut with store bought refrigerated cookie dough. All you need to do is divide your dough into two bowls and use a little food dye to create blue and green. 

Take a small scoop of one color and add in a few pinches of the other color. Gently pat down and bake according to your recipe or the package!
