Spooktacular Halloween crafts are some of our favorites, and this easy, inexpensive one is no exception!

All you need to do is attach some popsicle sticks together with black tape. Then use plain white paper and tear and or cut some strips and glue on to the popsicle sticks. Add some eyes and you're all set!
