S'more Popcorn Balls

Try a new take on a classic taste with these s'more popcorn balls.

Here is what you need:

  • 2 Cups Golden Graham Cereal
  • 1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1-10 oz Bag of Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • 1 Bag of Microwave Popcorn
  • 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
Driections:

Start by popping your bag of popcorn and set aside. Add a stick of butter to pan on the stove top and cook it until it turns a light golden brown. Add in the marshmallows and continue to stir until completely melted. Once marshmallows are melted, remove pan from heat and add in vanilla.

Gently fold in cereal and popcorn. Stir in chocolate chips. Allow for the mixture to cool slightly to be able to handle comfortably with your hands.

Once your mixture is slightly cooled, use your hands to shape your popcorn balls. The mixture is sticky, so spraying your hands lightly with a non-stick cooking spray is a good tip!
