Chicken Apple Sausage Patties

  • 1 large tart apple, peeled and diced
  • 2 tsp poultry seasoning (Mrs. Dash for example)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 lb ground chicken


Combine the apple, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.  Crumble the chicken over the mixture and mix the ingredients together.  Shape into four 6-inch patties similar to hamburger patties.

Place a large pan over medium heat and coat with cooking spray.  Place patties in pan and cook 5-6 minutes on each side or until no longer pink.
