Mommy Gets Fit-July Update

Why are you participating and what do you hope to accomplish?

Chelsea VanLeur

  • Making workouts and eating clean a lifestyle
  • Be consistent with my 4x week workouts and diet. Don’t give up!!!
  • Boost myself confidence while working on a healthier lifestyle
  • I hesitate to put a number down for a goal... but ideally I would like to lose inches and around 15-20 pounds during this 9 to 10 week program.

Rachael Keffeler

  • Have more energy to play with my kids
  • Fit into my favorite jeans.

Amanda Henning: 

  • My goals are to live a healthier lifestyle. 
  • Change my habits for myself and be a better example for my kids.


Jackie Stewart:

  • Lose 10 pounds or 10 inches
  • Be able to run a mile without stopping to walk
  • Be able to do 10 real push-ups
  • Eat Healthier
  • If nothing else, be able to open a jar of pickles without asking for help!
