White Chicken Chili

Feb 23, 2015 11:24AM ● By Hood Magazine

  • 1 can black beans drained
  • 1 can corn un-drained
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 2 to 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 can Rotel (optional)

  • 4 c cooked rice
  • Burrito shells

Put everything in the crockpot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or high for 4 hours. You can add the can of Rotel into the crockpot to cook with all the other ingredients, but if your hubby is as picky as mine then you can leave it out and add it to your burrito later!

To build your burrito, add rice and the crockpot chili. Wrap up and enjoy!
