Berry Sorbet

  • 5 cĀ berries, assorted (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1/4 c honey
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice


Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Chill mixture for at least an hour in the fridge. Then process in an ice cream maker and enjoy!
