Walking into the Past with Soup!


Description:

Learn about the history of this culturally rich site where several thousand American Indians settled between the 12th and 17th centuries. Samples of pottery and tools used will be available to see. Hike will wrap up around the campfire with North American Soup and cornbread.

One portable bathroom and drinking fountain are available at the trailhead. Closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, bottled water, and bug spray is recommended.
