Get your kids into the kitchen to learn about healthy eating
Bring kids ages 7 to 14 for some healthy fun on a “no school day.” They’ll get an interactive, hands-on cooking class on preparing their own Valentine’s Day themed healthy snacks and meals. They’ll also learn fun ways to stay active.
Kids will stay with Sanford Health educators for the morning and lunch is provided. They’ll leave ready to make great meals and great choices in their kitchen at home.
