f you are looking for a way to reduce stress, consider tai chi (TIE-CHEE). Tai chi is a graceful form of exercise that is used for stress reduction and a variety of health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing motions. Join us Saturdays at 9:00 a.m. for tai chi sessions with Kim Kersbergen in the Cove. $10 per session or $5 for members and volunteers.
