Preferred File Format

Press optimized, Acrobat PDF compliant files are the preferred format for final artwork. Other acceptable formats include: collected Adobe InDesign®, Adobe Illustrator®, Adobe Photoshop®, and QuarkXPress 7.0.

Color

All images must be saved in CMYK format. Any RGB, index, or PMS colors must be converted to CMYK prior to submission of materials. Additional charges may apply if artwork is not submitted press-ready.

Graphics

Images must be 300dpi and saved in tiff or eps format.

Fonts

Fonts must be included with source files. If you are submitting a HR pdf for final art, to ensure no font issues, please convert to outlines.
