Dawn’s Easy Sweet Corn Bread/Muffins

  • 1 cup sweet corn, drained
  • 1 package corn bread/muffin mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar



Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all the ingredients in bowl. Let the batter rest for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir lightly before filling muffin pan or 8×8 pan. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
