Dawn’s Mexican Corn Dip

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups sweet corn, drained
  • 8 ounces pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sour cream



Directions:


Combine all the ingredients. Put in the slow cooker on low. Cook until everything is melted completely, about 1 hour. Use chips to dip.
