Cheesy Broccoli Potato Soup

Ingredients


  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 c onion, chopped
  • ½ c flour
  • 4 c chicken broth
  • 4 c low-fat milk
  • 1 (16-oz) bag frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 c potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 ½ c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper


Directions


Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and cook until tender. Place onion and butter into crockpot, along with all other ingredients. Stir well. Cook in crockpot on low heat until potatoes are cooked. Enjoy!
