Why are you participating and what do you hope to accomplish?
- Making workouts and eating clean a lifestyle
- Be consistent with my 4x week workouts and diet. Don’t give up!!!
- Boost myself confidence while working on a healthier lifestyle
- I hesitate to put a number down for a goal... but ideally I would like to lose inches and around 15-20 pounds during this 9 to 10 week program.
- Have more energy to play with my kids
- Fit into my favorite jeans.
- My goals are to live a healthier lifestyle.
- Change my habits for myself and be a better example for my kids.
- Lose 10 pounds or 10 inches
- Be able to run a mile without stopping to walk
- Be able to do 10 real push-ups
- Eat Healthier
- If nothing else, be able to open a jar of pickles without asking for help!
