Corn Casserole


  • 1 box of Jiffy corn mix
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 can whole corn (drained)
  • 16 oz sour cream
  •  ½ c butter (1 stick)
  • 2 eggs (beaten)



Mix all ingredients together except for butter. Pour into 9x13 baking dish. Slice butter and spread evenly over the dish. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
